Willamette Neighborhood Housing Services has been awarded NeighborWorks® HomeOwnership Center status. Through the Willamette Neighborhood Housing Services NeighborWorks® HomeOwnership Center, WNHS will be able to help homebuyers navigate the complicated road to homeownership and stay in those homes for years to come. We will be holding a celebration of our new status on Wednesday, September 21st.

We have been selected to partner with the State of Oregon in delivering the Mortgage Payment Assistance Program to Benton County residents. The program will help at least 5,000 Oregon homeowners pay their mortgages for up to one year. Click for more details.
