Our buildings are more than just housing: they are places where families can live and thrive in safe, supportive, community-centered environments. Our affordable units are built around community centers, gardens, and playgrounds. Resident youth and adults have access to services and asset-building programs designed to strengthen the economic, physical, and emotional health of families and individuals.

We designed our Resident Services Program to help residents meet a variety of needs, maintain stable housing, and participate in community activities. We can provide referrals to local services and help you set achievable goals and create community activities and events based on your interests.

Willamette Neighborhood Housing Services occasionally develops new, single family homes for first-time homebuyers. We are committed to providing opportunities for low-income homebuyers and continues to explore avenues for future development. See the Current News section for more information.
We develop both multi-family rental properties and single-family houses for first-time home buyers. Since its creation in 1991, WNHS has rehabilitated or built 285 units of affordable housing in Linn and Benton Counties.
