WNHS provides safe and healthy affordable housing along with support and education opportunities for individuals and families. We own or manage over 285 units spread across 15 properties in four communities in Benton and Linn Counties.
Resident Services
We designed our Resident Services Program to help residents meet a variety of needs, maintain stable housing, and participate in community activities. We can provide referrals to local services and help you set achievable goals and create community activities and events based on your interests.

Houses for Sale
Willamette Neighborhood Housing Services occasionally develops new, single family homes for first-time homebuyers. We are committed to providing opportunities for low-income homebuyers and continues to explore avenues for future development. See the Current News section for more information.
Housing Development Projects
We develop both multi-family rental properties and single-family houses for first-time home buyers. Since its creation in 1991, WNHS has rehabilitated or built 285 units of affordable housing in Linn and Benton Counties.
