WNHS provides safe and healthy affordable housing, along with support and education opportunities for individuals and families. We own and manage 285 units spread across 15 properties in three cities in Benton and Linn Counties.

Property types include: apartments, townhomes, and single-family houses ranging in size from studio to four bedrooms. There are also group homes and properties for seniors and/or people with disabilities.
Eligibility
Income eligibility varies by property. Some properties are limited to seniors and/or people with disabilities.
