Alexander Court is a newly constructed 24-unit apartment complex in South Corvallis that will provide affordable rental housing to households earning 50 percent and below the area median income (AMI) in Benton County. Property management is currently taking applications and Alexander Court will be ready for lease-up beginning in May 2012. This property is conveniently located across the street from Lincoln School and the Lincoln Family Health Center. It is near city bus service lines, local shopping, and about one mile from downtown Corvallis. Amenities include:
