Linn Haven Apartments is a 26-unit apartment complex in Sweet Home that provides affordable rental housing to Elderly and/or Disabled persons earning 60 percent and below the area median income (AMI) in Linn County. Ideally located near downtown, Linn Haven is close to restaurants, shopping, many local city services and the Jim Riggs Community and Senior Center. Linn Haven is a USDA Rural Development financed project with rental assistance available to eligible households. Amenities include:

  • Spacious apartments with individual patios
  • New interiors and exteriors – full remodel completed in 2010
  • Resident Meeting Hall with Kitchen
  • Water/sewer/garbage included in rent
  • On-site laundry room
  • Private, courtyard setting with beautifully landscaped seating areas
  • Managed and maintained by experienced site and maintenance staff

Section 8 vouchers are accepted. A deposit equal to one month’s rent is required and can be paid in three (3) equal monthly installments. The first month’s rent is prorated. Residents are responsible for their own electricity.

Assistance and/or Aid animals for people with disabilities may be allowed. Third-party verification of disability and need for the animal as related to your disability may be required.
