Houses for Sale

Willamette Neighborhood Housing Services occasionally develops new, single-family homes for first-time homebuyers. To receive down payment assistance and other subsidy or loans to help purchase one of these homes, you can earn no more than 80 percent of the Benton County average median income (AMI) for your household size (see eligibility chart).

These subsidies and loans also require the purchaser to be a first-time homebuyer and to graduate from an approved Homebuyer Education Class. To qualify as a first-time homebuyer, you cannot have held title to real property in the past three years. This does not include owning a manufactured home located in a park. You must pre-qualify for conventional mortgage financing. Special financing programs are offered through area lenders.

Our next Community Land Trust development project will be combined with the construction of Seavy Meadows in Northeast Corvallis. Please check back for updates.
