We develop both multi-family rental properties and single-family houses for first-time home buyers. Our first homeownership project was the Good Neighbor subdivision in southeast Corvallis. Watch our Accomplishments page for information about new home ownership projects in progress.

We are currently developing Alexander Court which will include 24 units of affordable housing in South Corvallis. Ten of these units will be reserved for survivors of domestic violence. This joint project with CARDV, a local non-profit domestic violence shelter, will be completed in mid-2012. Construction on Seavy Meadows, an affordable housing apartment complex in Northeast Corvallis, will begin soon. We will also be developing six Community Land Trust homes for sale to qualifying first-time homebuyers.
