Homebuyer Workshops

Am I ready to buy a home? How much can I afford? What should I look for in a home? How do I find a lender? Are there special grants, loans, and interest rates I might qualify for? What about insurance? Inspections, repairs? What do I need to know about working with a Realtor®? How do I avoid common pitfalls in homebuying?

If you have questions like these, our Homebuyer Workshops will help you learn what you need to know.

Where do I start?

We recommend you start by meeting with one of our Housing Specialists. A home-buying consultation with one of our Housing Specialists is the first step in developing a plan tailored to your specific needs. Willamette Neighborhood Housing Services is a HomeSmart Oregon partner agency.
